PARTNER EXPO INFORMATION

All Network Partners who attend the Rally will participate in our Partner Expo, as well as all social functions and meals with the dealers.    As a Rally partner, your company will be included in all Rally platforms/presentations and our event app. Below are the specific attendance details for each level of Rally partnership.

Platinum Level includes 8 Rally attendees and 4 players in the ROUTE 66 Golf Tournament

Gold level includes 6 Rally attendees and 3 players in the ROUTE 66 Golf Tournament

Silver level includes 4 Rally attendees and 2 players in the ROUTE 66 Golf Tournament.

Bronze level includes 2 Rally attendees.

Partner representatives should plan to arrive on Monday, Oct. 14 for the following events: all day registration and evening reception.  If you are participating in the golf tournament, plan to arrive at the resort no later than 11am on Monday. 

Tuesday is a full day which begins with time to set up your booth in the partner Expo.  After a full day in the Expo, your day will wrap up with a dinner party.  Your Rally events conclude with a Partner meeting on Wednesday morning.

All booth and sales materials should be shipped to the Cheyenne Mountain Resort to arrive no earlier than October 7th.  The resort will charge a handling fee for all boxes or pallets shipped to the resort for your booth.  This will be charged to the Partners room.
